Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Conquest Marketing collects when you visit conquestmarketingsolutions.com, how that information is collected and used, who it is shared with, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website only.
Conquest Marketing builds and manages marketing for automotive dealerships. Pages, offer feeds and other content we produce for a dealership are published on that dealership’s own website and are governed by that dealership’s privacy policy, not this one.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the Request a Marketing Assessment form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write. When you use the text-message chat on the site, we collect your name, mobile phone number and the messages you send. If you call or email us, we collect the information you share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider, security software and analytics tools record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. Cookies and similar technologies, described below, may also assign an identifier to your browser.
This website does not have user accounts, registration or a login for visitors, and we do not ask for payment information on the site.
2. How we collect it
- Directly from you — through the assessment form, the text-message chat, phone calls and email.
- Automatically — through server logs, the security software that protects the site, and the analytics and tag-management tools described in the Cookies and analytics section.
- From service providers — the platforms that operate our form, chat, analytics and customer-relationship tools return to us the information they collect on our behalf.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your request, question or message, and follow up about the services you asked about;
- prepare and deliver a marketing assessment when you request one;
- manage our relationship with you if you become a client;
- understand how the site is used and improve its content and performance;
- keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and investigate suspected misuse;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the information you submit through this site to send you marketing email unless you have asked to hear from us. Any marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
4. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. This site uses the following categories:
- Necessary cookies keep the site working and secure, and remember the cookie choices you make in the consent banner.
- Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics, which we load through Google Tag Manager only after you accept them. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and a random identifier for your browser, and reports it to us in aggregate. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Functional and marketing cookies are set by the third-party tools described in the next section, such as the chat widget and our customer-relationship platform, to recognize a returning visitor and connect a conversation to a contact record.
When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept all cookies, reject the non-essential ones, or choose by category (Necessary, Functional, Analytics, Performance and Advertisement). Your choice is stored in a cookie for up to one year, and you can change it at any time using the Consent Preferences button that stays on every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings. The analytics, customer-relationship and chat tools described in the next section, and the cookies they set, are loaded only after you accept the Analytics category in the banner; until you make a choice, or if you reject it, they do not load. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
Google Fonts are loaded from Google’s servers to display the site’s typefaces; your browser sends its IP address to Google to retrieve them.
5. Advertising and third-party services
We use the following third-party services on this site. Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google LLC) — tag management and website analytics, as described above.
- HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.) — customer-relationship management. HubSpot’s tracking code may set cookies that recognize a returning visitor and associate your visits with the contact record created when you get in touch with us.
- Salesmsg (Salesmessage, Inc.) — the text-message chat widget. Messages you send through the widget are delivered to us as SMS through this provider, which processes your phone number and message content to do so. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and you can stop a conversation at any time by replying STOP.
- CookieYes — the cookie consent banner, which records the choices you make.
- SiteGround — website hosting, including server logs.
- Wordfence — security software that records IP addresses and request details to block attacks.
This site does not currently use advertising conversion, retargeting or remarketing tags, and no advertising platform receives information about your visit from it. If that changes, this policy will be updated to name the platform, the tag will be placed in the Advertisement category of the consent banner, and a “Your Privacy Choices” link will be added to the site footer. The site links to our profiles on Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube; following those links takes you to sites governed by their own privacy policies.
6. How information is shared
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers that operate parts of the site or our business on our behalf, listed in the previous section, and only for that purpose.
- Legal requirements — when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Conquest Marketing, our clients or others.
- Business transfers — if Conquest Marketing is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will continue to protect it under this policy until you are notified otherwise.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
7. Data retention and security
Form submissions and messages are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship and any period required for our business records. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or overwritten.
We protect the site and the information on it with encrypted connections (HTTPS), security software, access controls and reputable hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide.
8. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, California law may give you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request that it be deleted or corrected, to know whether it has been sold or shared, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Conquest Marketing does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Whether or not a particular law applies to us, we will honor reasonable requests from any visitor to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about them. To make a request, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law allows.
California’s “Shine the Light” law lets California residents ask which personal information, if any, we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing during the previous year. We do not disclose personal information for that purpose.
Opt-out preference signals. Some browsers and extensions can send an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, that asks a website not to sell or share your personal information. Because this site does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or sharing for such a signal to switch off, and our consent banner does not currently process these signals. You can still reject non-essential cookies in the banner. If our practices ever include selling or sharing personal information, we will honor opt-out preference signals as California law requires and say so here.
9. Children’s privacy
This site is intended for automotive dealerships and other businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Policy updates
We may update this policy as the site, our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here, and where appropriate we will notify contacts by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
11. Contact information
Questions about this policy, and requests to see, correct or delete your information, can be submitted through our contact form or by phone:
