FAQ

Questions dealership teams ask us.

Do you work exclusively with automotive dealerships?
Automotive is our focus. The work shown on this site, from city and model pages to monthly specials, homepage sliders, advertising and reporting, was built around how dealerships and their shoppers actually operate, and most of our clients are franchise dealerships. We support a small number of businesses outside automotive, but dealership marketing is the work we do every day.
Can you work with our existing dealership website?
Yes. We publish directly to the website you already have, whether it runs on Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, DealerOn or another platform, so there is no migration and no second site to maintain. Pages, specials and sliders are delivered as embed code or paste-ready content that your web provider drops in, and we keep that content current afterward.
Can we use one service, or do we need a full marketing package?
You can start with one. Many dealerships begin with a single service, such as monthly specials or SEO and AI search content, and add others once they see results. There is no required bundle. We will recommend what fits your market and goals, and you decide where to begin.
How do you measure marketing performance?
We track the actions that matter to a dealership: phone calls, form submissions, store visits and engagement with your offers, alongside search visibility and advertising spend. Reporting is reviewed with you regularly in plain language, so you can see what each part of your marketing is delivering and where to adjust.
How quickly can your team get started?
Most dealerships are live within a few weeks of signing on. Onboarding covers your brand standards, inventory, market and existing website, and the first pages, specials or campaigns typically go live within the first month. Timing depends mostly on your web provider’s turnaround for placing the content on your site.
Do you handle manufacturer compliance and co-op requirements?
Yes. Offer pages and advertising follow OEM brand standards and carry the required advertising disclosures, and each special is removed automatically when it expires. For co-op, we prepare and submit the advertising documentation needed to help your dealership capture eligible manufacturer reimbursement, so the paperwork does not fall on your team.
