FAQ

Dealership content and creative FAQs

What types of creative assets do you produce?
Homepage banners and sliders, monthly offer graphics and offer cards, search and display advertising assets, social media creative, email campaign graphics and landing-page visuals. Most of it supports a campaign or an offer already running for your dealership, so the creative, the copy and the placements are planned together rather than designed in isolation.
Can you follow manufacturer brand requirements?
Yes. Every asset is built to the manufacturer’s brand standards for your franchise, including approved logos, typefaces, colors, vehicle imagery and the required offer disclosures. Where a program has co-op guidelines, the creative is prepared to meet them, so a campaign submitted for reimbursement is not rejected over a formatting detail.
Can our dealership review creative before it is published?
Yes. Creative is delivered for your approval before anything is published or launched, with a clear view of each asset and where it will appear. Requested changes are made and returned for a second look. Nothing goes live on your website, in an email or in an advertising account without a sign-off from your dealership.
Do you create assets in multiple sizes and formats?
Yes. Each piece is produced in the sizes and formats its placement needs, such as desktop and mobile versions of a slider, the standard display and social ad dimensions, email-safe image widths and web-optimized files. One request covers every version, so the same offer looks consistent wherever a shopper sees it.
Can you use our current vehicle inventory and offers?
Yes. Offer graphics are built from your dealership’s current lease and finance programs, and the vehicle imagery matches the model year and trim being advertised. When an offer changes or expires, the creative is updated or retired with it, so a shopper never sees last month’s payment on this month’s campaign.
Do you write the copy as well as design the graphics?
Yes. Headlines, offer wording, calls to action and the required disclosure text are written alongside the design, so the message and the layout are developed together. Copy follows your dealership’s voice and the manufacturer’s advertising rules, and it is included in the same review as the graphics before anything is published.
How quickly can creative be completed?
Most standard requests, such as a monthly offer graphic or a slider update, are delivered within a few business days of receiving the offer details and any required imagery. Larger campaigns with several placements and sizes take longer, and the timeline is confirmed when the request is planned so your launch date is protected.
