FAQ

Dealership monthly specials FAQs

Where do the monthly offers appear?
On every page where an offer belongs: the homepage slider, a dedicated specials page with offer cards, the city pages built for the markets you serve, and the model pages for each vehicle, which show only that model’s offers. All of those placements read the same offer information, so one update reaches every one of them at the same time.
Do you build the homepage slider creative?
Yes. Each offer becomes a slide with the vehicle, the payment, the lease terms, the due-at-signing amount, the expiration date and a View Disclaimer button, laid out in one of several manufacturer-compliant designs. The slider is delivered to your existing homepage with a short embed tag and updates on its own whenever the offers change.
Can offers be added to our existing dealership website?
Yes. The slider and offer cards are placed on the website you already have, whether it runs on Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, DealerOn or another platform, using an embed tag or paste-ready content your web provider drops in once. After that, the placements update from our side, with no further work on the website itself.
How are expired offers removed?
Every offer carries its expiration date, and each placement checks that date every time it loads. On the day after an offer ends it stops showing on the slider, the offer cards and every page, without anyone having to take it down. The replacement offers for the new month are published in the same update.
Are advertising disclosures included?
Yes. The manufacturer’s disclosure travels with each offer to every placement, one click away on the slider and the offer cards, and the terms that regulations require on the advertisement itself, such as the lease payment, term, due-at-signing amount and end date, are shown on the slide and the card rather than only in the fine print.
Can you use our call-tracking numbers?
Yes. When your website swaps in a campaign tracking number, the offer cards and pages pick up the same number, so a click-to-call from a special is attributed to the campaign like any other call on your site. It works with the dynamic number insertion vendors dealerships commonly use and needs no change to your tracking setup.
Can offers link directly to matching inventory?
Yes. Each offer’s View Inventory button points at that model’s live inventory page on your website, and a Value Your Trade button goes to your trade tool, so a shopper moves from the payment to the cars in stock in one click. Links are checked when the offers are built, and a page that changes on your site is repointed.
What information does our dealership need to provide?
The current manufacturer program for your region, any dealership-specific offers you want added, the vehicle photography or model art you prefer, and confirmation of the inventory and trade links. Where the manufacturer publishes offers online, we can collect the program ourselves and send it to you for approval before it is published.
