Built Around Your Dealership

Advertising connected to your inventory and market.

We manage Search, Performance Max, vehicle inventory, display and social campaigns for dealerships. Targeting, creative and budgets are adjusted around your available inventory, priority models, local market and business goals.

Your campaigns are continually reviewed and refined using search terms, lead quality, cost per lead and conversion performance. The goal is to generate more phone calls, form submissions and dealership visits from shoppers ready to take the next step.

Results and Reporting

Reporting should show what your advertising produced, not just how often it appeared. We track calls, form submissions, store visits and cost per lead to identify what is working and where campaigns need adjustment.

Phone callsAttributed to the campaign that produced them.
Form submissionsEvery lead form on your site, attributed to its source.
Store visitsMeasured when supported by the advertising platform and account.
Cost per leadCompared by campaign to identify where your budget is producing results.

FAQ

Dealership advertising FAQs

What advertising platforms do you manage?
Google Ads is the core: Search, Performance Max and display campaigns. We also run paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Additional platforms are added only when your market and budget justify them, and every platform reports into the same performance view so results are compared side by side rather than in separate silos.
Can campaigns be connected to our vehicle inventory?
Yes. Vehicle inventory campaigns use a feed of your available new and pre-owned vehicles, so ads show the actual models and trims on your lot and stop showing when a unit sells. Priority models and current offers can be weighted so budget follows the inventory you most need to move.
How do you measure campaign performance?
We track the actions a dealership can act on: phone calls, form submissions and store visits, plus leads that turned into appointments and sales where your store shares that data. Each campaign is judged on cost per lead and lead quality rather than clicks or impressions, and monthly reporting is built around those numbers.
Do you manage Performance Max campaigns?
Yes. Performance Max runs across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail and Maps from one campaign, and it works best for dealerships when it is fed accurate inventory, strong creative and real conversion data. We set it up with those inputs, keep it separate from Search campaigns for clear attribution, and review its placements and search terms regularly.
Can you work with our existing website and vendors?
Yes. Campaigns send shoppers to pages on the website you already have, and we coordinate with your website provider, CRM and call-tracking vendor so conversions are captured correctly. No platform change is needed to start, and the pages we build for your site can serve as landing pages.
How is the advertising budget determined?
The budget is set with you, based on your market, the models you need to move and the cost per lead your store can support. We recommend a starting level, split it across campaigns by opportunity, and move budget toward what is producing leads as performance data comes in. You approve any change to the total.
How quickly can campaigns be launched?
Most campaigns launch within two to three weeks of onboarding. That time covers conversion tracking, inventory feed setup, creative and account structure. Search campaigns typically go live first; Performance Max and inventory campaigns follow once tracking and the feed are confirmed, because they depend on that data to perform.
