Terms of Use
Last updated: September 20, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of conquestmarketingsolutions.com, the website of Conquest Marketing. Please read them before using the site.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information collected on the site is handled. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website only; the services Conquest Marketing provides to its clients are governed by the written agreement between Conquest Marketing and each client, and nothing on this site changes that agreement.
2. About this website
This website describes the marketing services Conquest Marketing offers to automotive dealerships and lets prospective clients get in touch, request a marketing assessment, or start a text-message conversation with our team. It is an informational and contact site. It does not offer user accounts, registration, logins, purchases or a place to post content publicly.
Conquest Marketing is located in Discovery Bay, California, and the site is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are.
3. Permitted use
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own business or personal reference, and you may share links to it. Search engines and similar services may crawl and index the site in the ordinary way.
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law, infringes anyone’s rights, or is fraudulent or harmful;
- introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the server it runs on, or any connected system;
- interfere with the site’s operation, for example by overloading it or probing it for vulnerabilities;
- copy, republish, sell or redistribute the site’s content, or use it to build a competing service, without our written permission;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to harvest content or contact details from the site, other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
- use the contact form or chat to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or content that is abusive or unlawful.
We may block access to the site from any source we reasonably believe is misusing it.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the site and everything on it, including text, page designs, graphics, screenshots, photographs, logos and the Conquest Marketing name, are owned by Conquest Marketing or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Apart from the permitted uses above, no license to any of this material is granted.
Vehicle manufacturer names and logos, dealership names, and the names of the software and advertising platforms mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. They appear to describe the work Conquest Marketing does and the tools it uses, and their appearance does not imply that those companies endorse Conquest Marketing or this site.
5. Information you submit
When you send us information through the contact form, the text-message chat, phone or email, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. You give Conquest Marketing permission to use that information to respond to you and to evaluate and discuss the services you asked about, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential information through the site before we have a written agreement with you. Anything you submit before then is treated as non-confidential, although we still handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Client testimonials shown on the site are published with the permission of the people who gave them. They describe those clients’ experiences and are not a promise of the results any other dealership will see.
6. Third-party websites and services
The site links to other websites, including our clients’ sites and our profiles on social platforms, and it uses third-party services to operate, such as hosting, analytics, the consent banner, the contact form and the chat widget. We do not control those websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following a link or using a third-party service is at your own discretion and subject to that party’s own terms and privacy policy.
7. No professional advice
The content on this site is general information about dealership marketing. It is not legal, financial, tax or compliance advice, and it is not advice about any particular dealership’s situation. Advertising rules, manufacturer program requirements and privacy laws vary and change; consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here. Descriptions of past work and results do not guarantee future results.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conquest Marketing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete, accurate or current at any given moment. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conquest Marketing and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if we were advised that such damages were possible. Because the site is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Conquest Marketing and its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with the site.
11. Changes to the website and terms
We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised. Changes take effect when they are posted here, and using the site after that date means you accept the updated terms. Please check this page occasionally.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute relating to the site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action relating to the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Contra Costa County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are located outside the United States, you agree that California law and these courts apply regardless of the law of your own jurisdiction, to the extent permitted there.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Conquest Marketing about your use of the site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
